• You co-insurance and a convenience fee  is due the day of the appointment.
• Your credit card will NOT be charged until the day of your appointment.
• There is a non-refundable $45.00 charge if proper 24 hours cancellation notice is not given.
• There is no charge for rescheduling your appointment 24 hours in advance.
