It appears that you have
been having some trouble keeping the commitment you made when you
began care in our office. Naturally, I'm concerned that with your
inconsistent visit schedule, you may not enjoy the full benefit
of your chiropractic investment.
Actually, there are only
a handful of reasons why a patient might choose to overlook our
recommendations. Each has a simple solution:
1. Appointment
times. If your visits conflict with your work schedule
or you have transportation issues, please call. Perhaps we can set
up a schedule that it more convenient for you. If your date and
time is not available on the online scheduler, we can always set
up your appointment manually to any time that is convenient for
you. You only to call or email us with your request and will be
happy to assist you.
2. Recovery
speed. Chiropractic results can seem to take a long time
because we're NOT numbing the cause of your problems with drugs.
If you're not happy with the pace of your recovery. Let's discuss
some ways you can enhance the healing process.
3. Personality
issues. If someone in the office has said or done something
to upset you, please accept our apologies. Our primary interest
is to help you recover your health. Please call or schedule an online
appointment so we can get you back on track to the road of wellness.
4. Misjudged
seriousness. A problem like yours rarely resolves on its
own, and can worsen. Did I communicate the nature and severity of
your problem? If not, let's review my exam findings, x-rays, report
of findings and discuss their implications.
5. Financial
concerns. Is the recovery of your health causing a financial
hardship? Are you worried about frequent co-pays or high deductibles?
We don't want to deny you the benefits of chiropractic care because
of a financial issue. Let's find a way to fit your care into your
monthly budget. We have an affordable budget for any budget ....

or assign your case to an inactive status and no longer trouble
you with our continued interest in your health.
6. I
not longer wish to continue with your recommended treatment plan.
You will be removed from our contact list. If this is case, please

you wish to be removed from our e-mail contact list and health newsletter
and have your file become inactive until further notice from you.
